Through the Consolidated Plan, the City of Los Angeles manages over $100 million in federal funds to assist Angelenos in need. The Community Development Block Grant, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, the Emergency Solutions Grant, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS funds a number of services, programs, and improvements across the city. These four grants fund affordable housing, homeless services, anti-poverty programs, parks, sidewalk improvements, and much more.
We invite you to join us at the Los Angeles Trade-Tech College on October 1, 2019, 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, to listen to a brief presentation about the Consolidated Plan and then to share your thoughts about how best to use limited funds to achieve maximum benefit.
