Every year, the City of Los Angeles develops a plan for implementing projects with four federal grants to improve communities, including affordable housing, parks, street lighting, services for the homeless and many others. Please join us at the following public hearings to give input on the Mayor's proposed plan budget for the next program year beginning April 1, 2018.
