As part of our ongoing customer service improvements and to improve public health, the City of Los Angeles is moving more of our services online and improving the online experience. Our goal is to give our services a “contactless” option -- meaning no need to visit a public facility or counter. And we are undertaking this work from a “people-centered” perspective -- meaning that we are working to make accessing our services quick, clear, and consistent -- to save you time, frustration, and uncertainty.
