Description
The Department operates 123 recreation centers, 54 swimming pools, 9 lakes, 7 camps both in and out of town, more than a dozen museums and historic sites, and hundreds of programs for youth, seniors, the physically disabled and volunteer. Regional offices provide center listings and program information. Recreation Centers operated by the Department of Recreation and Parks are divided into five regions: Valley, West, Pacific, Griffith, Metro.
