Apartments

Enrollment is a simple process.  As an apartment owner you can register your multifamily residential property.  Simply call 1-800-773-CITY (2489) or send an email to multifamily@lacity.org.

Please include the following information:

• Address of residence and zip code

• Type of multifamily residence (apartment, condo, etc)

• Number of units

• Owner name and phone number
  

Condos and Townhomes

Homeowers Association approval is necessary to enroll an owner-occupied property into the program. Please provide the above mentioned information and the contact name an phone number for a HOA representative.
