Note: Only
property located within the boundaries of the City of Los Angeles
will qualify for the program.
Please include the following information:
- Addresses of residences with zip codes
- Type of multifamily residence (apartment,
condo, etc) and number of units at each property
- Company name, property manager name
and phone number
