Will our building have problems with scavengers coming onto our private property? This should not be a problem as the blue recycling bins will remain within your property on your service day. In most instances, the hauler should be able to enter the property to service your blue bins. Once emptied, your blue bins will be returned to their original location. To accomplish this, the hauler should be provided with a key or code to enter the property.
