Q. Can tenants enroll the multifamily residential property they currently live in?

No. However, tenants are encouraged to provide the City with contact information for a person who is authorized to enroll the multifamily residence (i.e. property owner or property manager).  The City will contact the property owner or property manager to inform them of this FREE program and enroll their properties at their request.
