Q. What type or residential buildings are eligible for the program?

Multifamily residential buildings can be apartment buildings, condominiums, cooperatives, mobile home parks and other property zoned for multiple residential units.

To qualify for the FREE program, multifamily residential buildings must meet the following criteria:

• It must consist of five residential units or more
• It must not currently be receiving City collection services
• It must be within the City limits of Los Angeles
