The City of Los Angeles has a goal to begin operating an alternative technology facility by 2010. As part of this ambitious undertaking, BOS staff and consultants are working to accomplish key milestones outlined in the attached schedule. In addition, outreach activities in the community will be ongoing and posted on this website to inform residents and businesses how and when they can participate in the processes.
