  Household Hazardous Waste / S.A.F.E.

The Bureau manages a comprehensive recycling and refuse disposal program that includes permanent Solvents/Automotive/Flammables/Electronics (S.A.F.E.) and mobile drop-off centers for a variety of household hazardous wastematerials. The Bureau has developed and implemented this effective and economically feasible program to help protect our communities and environment while helping to surpass the 50% state mandated target for landfill diversion.
