The project team is led by the Bureau of Engineering (project manager), along with Project Restore (historic restoration), the Department of General Services (construction), and also includes other city engineering staff as well as private consultants. |

Van Nuys City Hall Seismic Retrofit and Rehabilitation
In an effort to consolidate City offices scattered in rented space in the valley, the Marvin Braude building was constructed to provide centralized services to the Valley. When completed, the strengthened and renovated Van Nuys City Hall will retain its function as a city hall, a meeting place for the community, with Council/Planning meeting chambers and various community services offices.
