• Streetlight is out or damaged.  Call 3-1-1 to report streetlight issues, or fill out and submit the Bureau of Street Lighting Online Request form.
• Sidewalk needs repair.  The Bureau of Street Services responds to sidewalk repair needs.  Submit a request online using the Bureau of Street Services Service Request Form.  Or, call 3-1-1 or Bureau of Street Services at (800) 996-2489.
• Trees on the street need trimming.  Submit a request online using the Bureau of Street Services Service Request Form.  Or, call 3-1-1 or Bureau of Street Services at (800) 996-2489. In most cases, the location will be inspected within 2 to 4 weeks depending on available staff and workload. However, if the request is an emergency such as a tree or limb down or a partially uprooted tree, the response is within 24 hours.
• Debris is blocking the street.  Submit a request online using the Bureau of Street Services Service Request Form.  Alternatively, call 3-1-1 or the Bureau of Street Services at (800) 996-2489.
