The focus of the Centenarian Program is to celebrate residents of the City of Los Angeles who are 100 years of age or older. Applications must be submitted no less than two (2) months prior to the honoree's birthday.
Information and Assistance Specialists provide information via phone, in-person, via e-mail, or by letter to seniors and family caregivers requesting information about available community resources and/or referral to a particular service program or agency.
