Description
The Bureau of Sanitation is currently offering a tree planting program to improve walk-ability and reduce the impacts of climate change in Los Angeles.
The public can request a tree to be planted along their street in the public right of way if they will guarantee the early care and watering of the sapling. All sites will be surveyed for eligibility and appropriate tree species selection, and must be within the City of Los Angeles.
Request for tree planting in the public right of way can be completed by telephone, electronic mail, or on our website.
