Description
Bureau of Sanitation can provide comments about the conveyance and disposal of wastewater generated from a proposed development pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The purpose is to determine if sewer capacity is available during the planning phase of a construction project. Our response will include comments on sewers in project vicinity, current available sewer levels, sewer design capacity, and foreseeable discharge challenges. Requests for an assessment are performed in the planning phase of a development project. Our typical response time is 3-4 weeks.
