To access the information and relative documents, go to the City Clerk's website at http://cityclerk.lacity.org and click on the Council File Management System (CFMS) link or go to LACouncilFile.com. The CFMS is also available from the City's main website at http://www.lacity.org, under LACityClerk Connect.
