Seniors 62 or older and/or permanently disabled persons 18 or older with a combined household income of $33,150 or less may be eligible for a reduction in their Solid Resources Fee. First time applicants can request a Utility Tax Exemption through the Office of Finance. If approved, eligibility for the Solid Resources Fee subsidy must be re-certified every two years.
