Description
In the event of an uncontrolled discharge of Industrial Wastewater to the sewer system, the discharger shall immediately notify the Industrial Waste Management Division (IWMD) of the incident by phone. The caller shall provide the following details: a) time of uncontrolled discharge, b) location of discharge, c) type of discharge, d) concentration, e) volume of discharge and f) corrective action taken.
