The File of Life is a free program offered to individuals 60 years and older who are residents of the greater Los Angeles area. It is a small magnetic form and a wallet card designed to provide first responders with necessary senior medical information in the case of an emergency. For more info. (800) 510-2020.
This program is a collaboration between the Los Angeles City Area Agency, the Los Angeles County Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Los Angeles County Mental Health, and first responder agencies, including L.A. County Sheriff Department, City of L.A. Police Department, City of L.A. Fire Department, and L.A. County Fire Department.
