The Gas Co.Care Program
If you are income-qualified, the CARE program gives you a 20% rate discount on the gas bill at your primary residence. And if you qualify for CARE within 90 days of starting your new gas service, you can also save an additional 60% on your service establishment charge.
SBCUniversal Life Line
For qualifying households, connection and monthly charges for Lifeline service are 50% less than for basic residence service. To qualify, you need to meet the income requirements, cannot be claimed as a dependent on someone elses income tax return, and receive Universal Lifeline service at your primary residence.
DWPResidential Rebates and Programs
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) offers a number of rebates and programs for residential customers. As a public agency, LADWP makes these programs available to assist its customers in using energy and water more efficiently, saving money, and improving our environment.
