The Los Angeles Police Department has primary enforcement responsibility for this Ordinance and is assisted by the Bureau of Street Services Investigation and Enforcement Division. Community members may call 3-1-1 when the violation is occurring during normal business hours. They may also register complaints with the Bureau of Street Services Investigation and Enforcement Division, Department of Public Works, at 1-800-996-CITY (Leaf Blower Complaint Line).
