Description
The Los Angeles Housing Department Billing and Collection Section processes the mailing and collection of bills for properties subject to the City's Annual Rent Stabilization Ordinance (also known as "rental unit registration") and Systematic Code Enforcement Program (SCEP). Bills are mailed every December, due and payable upon receipt, and subject to a delinquent penalty fee if not paid by the last day of February. Additionally, various Housing Service bills pursuant to the Housing Code and Regulations are also billed throughout the year. Payment may be made through the LAHDbill.org website, through the mail, or at one of our seven public counters.
