Description
The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD)'s Customer Service & Information Section provides and distributes to the public information about LAHD's programs relating to the Los Angeles City Rent Stabilization Ordinance (landlord/tenant issues and registration of rental units). Referrals are made to the other LAHD divisions and units to respond to questions relating to fair housing, homeownership programs, multi-family housing rehabilitation and development, single-family housing rehabilitation and development, and rental unit inspection.
