The Department operates a number of Senior Citizen Centers in the City, which are open on a daily basis from morning through evening. In addition, there are special activity centers which offer special events to accommodate seniors, which include shuffleboard, croquet, arts and crafts, language lessons, oil painting, cards, entertainment and social dancing.
