Description
The Department of Building and Safety is responsible for investigating building, mechanical and zoning code violations on existing commercial buildings and single family dwellings. To report property violations such as illegal construction, sub-standard conditions, trash and debris, zoning violations, etc., you may contact 3-1-1. To report violations on apartment buildings, duplexes or two single-family dwellings on the same lot, please contact the Department of Housing at (866) 557-7368.
