If one or more of your automated containers were not picked up, or if a scheduled service did not take place, please call the Sanitation Call Center at 1-800-773-2489, from Monday through Friday, between 7:30a.m. and 4:45p.m. Please be advised that containers must be placed out for collection by 6:00 a.m. on collection day. You could also inform us if the service was not completed by clicking on the Service Web Site indicated below. Request forms take two days to be processed.
