Replacement/Repair of Automated Containers

Description
For containers that are damaged or lost, please call the Sanitation Call Center. (Have the container serial number available when you call for damaged, exchange or replacement containers. Container serial number is located in front of the container.) Please call 1-800-773-2489, from Monday through Friday, between 7:30a.m. and 4:45p.m. You could also send us your request for container replacement or repair by clicking on the Service Web Site indicated below. Fill out and submit the Service Request form. The Service Request form takes two days to be processed. Container service is rendered the next business day after your normal collection day. For example, if your regular trash day is Friday, we will service your container on Monday.
