Description
By the push of a button, the Emergency Alert Response System (EARS) is a medical communications and personal security device assuring an efficient response to an emergency that may occur in the home of a medically frail homebound senior.
The EARS program targets residents of the city who are at least 62 years of age, frail, medically needy and homebound, live alone and meet federal income guidelines. Seniors must first meet qualifications.
