Investigative Analysis Section (IAS) has two primary responsibilities: coordinating detective-related training courses and researching and writing a variety of reports on investigative issues. The Section also maintains and publishes the Department?s Detective Operations Manual, Homicide Manual, Search Warrant Service and Procedures Guide, Detective Information Bulletins, Automated Property Information Management System Users Guide and the Property Disposition Coordinator?s Reference Guide.
