Description
The Port Police are responsible for the safety and security of all passenger, cargo and vessel operations at the Port. They patrol the waterfront by automobile, boat, helicopter and bicycle, enforcing federal, state and local public safety statutes as well as environmental and maritime safety regulations. They will respond to emergency calls for assistance within the boundaries of the Port of Los Angeles.
