The City operates park and ride lots for its COMMUTER EXPRESS riders from 5:00 AM to 7 PM weekdays. Parking is free. The lots are located at Magnolia and Havenhurst in Encino, and west of Sepulveda at Constitution (near the Veterans Administration Complex)in West Los Angeles. For more information, visit www.ladottransit.com. For information on the park and ride lots at North Hollywood or at Universal Studios, call the MTA at 1-800-COMMUTE.
