The Los Angeles Housing Department's Portfolio Management Unit is the point of contact for borrowers
whose loans have been fully disbursed. Services include: processing of loan payments, Pay-off
Statements or Pay-off Demands, Mortgage Verification, Assumption, Amendment, Subordination, Reconveyance, etc. Portfolio Management also services loans originally made by the Housing Preservation and Production Department, Community Development Department, Department of Building and Safety, and City of Los Angeles, A Municipal Corporation.
