The LAX Ambassador Program is designed to provide passengers with additional support and guidance at each terminal (except Terminal 8) seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. LAX Ambassadors will provide direction and general information about passenger screening, airline customer service procedures, and the airport.
