Description
Contracts are maintained in the City Clerk's main office (City Hall Room 395) for approximately two years before transfer to the City Records Center. Contracts later than 1980 are indexed in the "Council File Management System" on the City Clerk's web site. The City Archives has manual indexes to Contracts prior to 1980. Please request contracts by contract number via telephone, fax, e-mail prior to visiting the City Records Center. Photocopiers are available at the City Records Center for self-service use at a fee of ten cents per page.
