Description
Council Files are maintained in the City Clerk's main office (City Hall Room 395) for approximately three years before transfer to the City Archives. Council Files later than 1980 are indexed in the "Council File Management System" on the City Clerk's web site. The City Archives has manual indexes to council files prior to 1980. Please request council files by council file number via telephone, fax, or email prior to visiting the City Archives. Photocopiers are available at the City Archives for self-service use at a fee of ten cents per page.
