Historical Records Council Files Ordinances Charters and Codes Election Results Council Minutes Commission Minutes and others The City Archives is the repository for City Council records and other historically valuable records of the City. City Council records are maintained in the City Clerk's main office (City Hall room 395) for two to five years before transfer to the City Archives. City Council records from 1980 to the present are indexed in the "Council File Management System" on the City Clerk's web site. The City Archives has manual indexes to Council records prior to 1980. Please request records by record number or box number via telephone, fax, email prior to visiting the City Archives. Photocopiers are available at the City Archives for self service use at a fee of ten cents per page.
