PROJECT NAME: Document No. MND-RP-772-05 Bellevue Recreation Center Outdoor Improvement (final)
PROJECT ADDRESS: 826 Lucile Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90026
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 13 Griffith-Metro Region
The Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks is proposing to refurbish and upgrade the outdoor recreational facilities at their Bellevue Recreation Center including the two multi-purpose sports fields, a basketball court, walking/jogging paths, children’s play area, and picnic area. The project would also include the installation of new sports field and basketball court lights to allow nighttime use of these facilities and a batting cage.
NOTE: This project as describe above, except for the sports field, court and portions of security lighting, as well as the batting cage, have already been completed as of August 2006.
The Final Mitigated Negative Declaration has been completed for the project based on agency and public comments received on November 28, 2005. Copies of the document are available for review at:
