The times listed are times that lifeguards are on duty for the summer. Other than that, the beach is open and the lifeguards are on duty throughout the year.
No bonfires allowed.
No dogs permitted on sand.
Family parties are allowed without permit. These must end by 10:00 p.m. at which time the park rangers come around and ask people to leave.
The number listed above is for the L.A. City Lifeguard Station at Cabrillo Beach. Any faxes sent should be sent to the attention of L.A. City Lifeguards.
Annual fireworks display on eve of July 4th.
