Tiger Team Continuing with his mission to relieve congestion and improve mobility on city streets, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, joined by President Pro Tempore Wendy Greuel, and City of Los Angeles Councilmembers Herb Wesson Jr., Tom LaBonge and Bill Rosendahl unleashed the Tiger Team, the gridlock reduction task force assembled to regulate peak-hour parking laws and enforce penalties for peak-hour parking violators.
