How
to appeal a decision
Upon request, the Office of the Inspector General will again review a completed investigation and the Department's findings. Following our analysis, you will be notified in writing of our determination.
You will also be notified whether the Office of the Inspector General believes that any further action regarding your complaint is warranted, or if the Inspector General considers the matter closed.
