AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND FLOWCHART

The following page is a master flowchart for the Affordable Housing Trust fund that shows where and how various departments including the City's Departments of Building and Safety, City Planning, CRA, Water and Power, Fire, DOT, Public Works and other departments are involved in the trust fund process. The chart has been developed for a 9% tax credit deal timeline. Please note however, that each project has specific deadlines and constraints particularly the order and timing of funding applications and the entitlement process and the development timeline differs from one project to another.
