Public Hearing on PREDATORY LENDING

The Housing & Community Development Committee of the Los Angeles City Council is conducting a series of public hearings on predatory lending practices and their impacts on communities in the City of Los Angeles. The testimony and evidence collected during these meetings will help determine whether a new city law is necessary to protect homeowners from abusive home loans.

You can contribute to these hearings by submitting information on this issue in a variety of formats, including, but not limited to:
