Los Angeles Convention and Exhibition Center Authority

The Los Angeles Convention and Exhibition Center Authority was created for the purpose of developing, financing and constructing the Los Angeles Convention and Exhibition Center pursuant to joint powers agreement between the City and County of Los Angeles. The City leases the Center from the Authority and is responsible for the upgrading and maintenance of the Convention Center.
