Office of Finance Electronic Business Tax Renewal Filing

File your 2013 business tax renewal. You will need to enter a few details and the system automatically calculates your business tax liability, if any, and you may pay online using a credit card or an e-check.

Housing Department 2013 Annual Bill

The Housing Department sent the 2013 Annual Bill to landlords and management companies. The Bill encompasses both the Rent Stabilization Ordinance ($24.51/Unit) and the Systematic Code Enforcement Program ($43.32/Unit) fees for those subject to one or both of these Programs.
