Description
The Debt function issues bonds for assessment districts, i.e. street lighting, bond and interest payments, as well as performs an internal bond registration. It also serves as the fiscal agent for many City and proprietary departments' debt. The division participates on the City's financing teams. The division coordinates activities between the City's project managers to ensure accurate cash flow schedules and initiates the escheatment of unclaimed monies process.
