The Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System, or LACERS, offers several publications for Active and Retired City Employees. Publications such as the Summary Plan Description, the Health Benefits Guide, the Termination Guide, the Family Death Benefit Insurance Plan (FDBIP) brochure, the Larger Annuity Plan brochure, and LACERS Newsletters are available online and at our office. Member statements are also available online.
