Description
Provides information on procedures on how to vote-by-mail. Vote-By-Mail (VBM) Applications can be obtained via the Election Division's website and on the back cover of the voter's Official Sample Ballot. Completed applications must be mailed to: Los Angeles City Clerk Election Division P.O. Box 54377 Los Angeles, CA 90054-0377; and must be received no later than seven days before the election.
