To apply for an alarm permit online please click here and fill out the online application form.
Please fill in the fields on the form, click the “Check” button in the Payment Options area, then click on the “Print this page” button at the bottom of the form. Mail the completed form along with your check. For Personal checks, please note the following: In the event that your check is returned unpaid for insufficient or uncollected funds, we may electronically debit your account for the principal amount of the check. We may also generate a draft or electronically debit your account for the service fee amount as allowed by law. Pursuant to California Civil Code 1719 you may be subject to a $25 fee for every returned check.
Please fill in the fields on the form. All the yellow fields are required. Then click the “Credit Card” button in the Payment Options area. Click on the type of credit card and fill in your credit card information and then click the “Submit” button.
