Yard
Sales - LAMC 12.03 Garage and or yard sales shall be considered
accessory to a residential use, if the sale is only incidental
to the individuals residential occupancy of the premises; and
- The sales
are confined to the sale of used items which were originally
received or purchased for use in the household; and
- The sales
are restricted to a maximum of five sales events per calendar
year as a means of disposing of used items originally received
or purchased for use in the household; and
- The sales
are limited to not more than two consecutive days per event;
and
- The sales
are limited to not more than ten days per calendar year total;
and
- The sales
are limited to the hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Inoperable
Vehicles - LAMC 12.21A8(b) No vehicle (except those upon which
minor emergency repairs are presently being effected), from which
any part has been removed, or which is inoperable for any reason,
shall be enclosed from view by a wall or fence.

Parking in Front Yards - LAMC 80.71.3 No person shall park
any vehicle in the front yard of any residential property. The
front yard consists of that area in the front off the property
between the adjacent street and any building or structure thereon,
exclusive of a circular driveway or any area used as a driveway
to access a garage or other parking structure and exclusive of
any area more than 50 feet from the adjacent street to the residence.
The front yard shall not include a widened driveway adjacent to
a garage installed for the express purpose to park a recreational
vehicle, motorhome, or boat trailer.

Refuse Collection Rules - LAMC 66.27 Trash containers can
be set out on the curbside no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the evening
before collection, and are to be removed no later than 8:00 p.m.
following collection. Service is postponed one day following these
holidays: New Year's Day (January 1), Fourth of July (July 4),
Labor Day (1st Monday of September), Christmas (December 25).
